How to Analyze Text Sentiment
- Use sample emails from the "Emails" tab to make the solution analyze the tone and the mood of email messages, illustrating its core functionality.
- Select the "Plain Text" tab to open the text input area.
- Enter your text by pasting or typing your message into the text area.
- Click the "Analyze Tone of Voice" button to process your text.
- Review the results, which include a summary of the tone of voice with confidence scores for the major tones (positive, negative, neutral, or mixed) and the primary emotion (e.g., disappointed or friendly).
